My name is Madiane Perez. I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida since 2011. I also hold a Behavior Analysis Certification (BCBA) since 2015. I have worked with different populations in Miami, Florida for the last 14 years. In addition, I have clinical experience in more than one country and a multicultural approach. My educational background is in Clinical Psychology. Although most of my clinical research and experience has been with children and adolescents, I have experience with young adults and adults in general. I have extensively studied and work with anxiety, depression, weight and self-image issues, acculturation and other sensitive areas for adults. Due to my cultural background and life experiences, I am open and sensitive to multiple cultural and educational backgrounds. I have been working with minorities and emigrants in multicultural cities. I am also comfortable treating severe behavioral difficulties for children and adolescents such as ADHD, ODD, ASD and others due to my vast experience in ABA.
