Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our Initial Consultation, we typically cover the confidentiality policy, scheduling policies, followed by a discussion of therapy goals, to delve into the client's concerns. From here, we will discuss the Holistic model, to gain insight into my approach, ensuring alignment with their needs. Together, we'll assess if it's a "good fit." IF so, scheduling is encouraged and a homework assignment given. *Please be sure to review my profile and description carefully before scheduling an initial consultation to confirm awareness of services and services offered.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

The holistic approach empowers clients to pursue optimal mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. As a provider, I collaborate with clients and meet them where they are on their journey to becoming healthier versions of themselves.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My therapeutic approach integrates faith-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a holistic, whole-person framework, helping clients cultivate renewal in mind, body, and spirit. While rooted in evidence-based practice, I draw upon experiential, somatic, and spiritual elements to promote genuine transformation and balance. Clients are supported through structured CBT tools, reflective assignments, and practical coaching to deepen awareness and sustain growth between sessions. Compassion, accountability, and authenticity form the foundation of our work together — empowering clients to uncover their true identity, align with their values, and walk in greater peace and purpose.

This was a great session. I will definitely rebook. His scope is not limited to counseling, but with strong biblical roots and physical training, and a nutritionist for a wife, he has insight and experience to serve the whole person. Blessings!
