Hello, I’m Dr. Susan Webster, a licensed clinical psychologist for over 20 years. I provide brief solution-focused approaches as part of my counseling. These include psychodynamic therapy, family systems therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I can help in managing depression, anxiety, diversity, relationship, and career concerns. In our first session together, here's what you can expect
My overall goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can gain insight into their behaviors, and develop strategies to overcome challenges and have more fulfilling experiences. My practice focuses on providing personalized care to meet your unique needs. Whether you are struggling with a specific issue or simply looking to improve your overall well-being, I am here to help you achieve your goals. Your intake form and screening measures will be reviewed. These are to be completed at least 2 days prior to the first/intake session.

In addition to my psychotherapy skills, I have extensive healthcare, education and management experience. As such, I am well-versed in helping you with the following: Career challenges, relationship challenges, managing burnout and stress, difficulty making decisions, and self-confidence concerns.

Even though I’ve only had one session so far, I left feeling really seen and understood.
