What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is about connection, understanding, and setting a positive tone for our work together.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

The main focus is primarily on the client and their emotions during the session, so therefore, different methods and approaches will be used accordingly in a very diverse way, using different counseling techniques integrated with life experience and other areas where the clinician demonstrates expertise to assist the client's needs. A few approaches to expect during the session are as follows: Solution-focused, cognitive restructure techniques, positive psychology, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment techniques, dialectical behavioral techniques, holistic psychotherapy, narrative techniques and much more.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Clients quickly notice my different approach to therapy and feel at ease when in session. I come from a place of compassion and allow clients to feel safe and comfortable to talk about as little or as much as they are ready to do so. My biggest strengths are to be creative and eclectic with my work while treatings clients as a whole.
