Hello, my name is Nicole! I am a licensed psychotherapist practicing in Florida. I work with a variety of clients both in person and via telehealth; depending on client preference. I work with adults, children , couples and families. I use a variety of methods in my work, and like to be very client centered in my approach. This means that I tailor my approach specially for you and your specific goals for our work together. What is important for you to process and work on, is where we will start :) In addition to a client centered approach, I also like to look at the entire person, and their lifestyle to take a more holistic approach to healing.
