My passion is to serve the community. Everything we do starts with the mind; therefore we have to keep our mental health at the forefront in order to prosper. I assist clients with addressing problematic areas in their life by first identifying their issues and working with them to focus on resolutions in order to improve the overall quality of daily living.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
The first session is essential to building a rapport with my clients. During our first session, I will provide clients with the a synopsis of who I am and what they can expect from therapy. I will also encourage clients to share with me their expectations as well as their desired outcome of therapy.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I have worked in the field of human services for over 20 years in the capacity of working with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health. I am compassionate, understanding, non-judgmental, and most importantly a great listener. In addition to my wealth of education, I can relate to client from a perspective of real life experiences.
