Hi, I’m Allison. I approach therapy by looking at the root cause of problems, rather than focusing on one problem at a time. I work from a systemic perspective, which means we will dive into your personal relationships, behavior patterns, and life choices which are interconnected with the issues you may be facing. Whether you've been feeling burned out or been having difficulties in your relationships, together we will find ways to get you to a happier place with better self-care. Many times clients who contact me have no experience in therapy, but just know that their life is not satisfying or something is off. That's enough by the way! Anything and everything can be discussed in therapy. Getting to a place where you are less overwhelmed and more content is an achievable goal, and it can take less time than you think once you get started. I have observed significant shifts in clients I work with, and have seen them become more authentic and empowered. If you'd like to learn more about me and my therapy methods, feel free to visit my website at www.mindtalkhealing.com

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll spend some time getting to know each other and then you can share what you are struggling with and we'll go from there.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is being multi cultural, having lived in several countries around the world I understand how cultural differences can affect problems and solutions. I enjoy working with highly sensitive or neurodivergent clients who see the world differently.
