Whether it's finding inner peace, building better relationships, or simply understanding yourself better, we'll map out a path that feels right for you. Tailoring our approach: I'll share some ideas about how we might work together, but I'm all ears for your input. If you love art, maybe we incorporate that. If you're a nature buff, we might discuss walk-and-talk sessions. Your therapy should fit you like a glove.
