Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a master's level sexologist. I received my Masters of Clinical Social Work and Master of Education in Human Sexuality at Widener University. I have been a social worker for 13 years and a clinical social worker for five years. I help couples and individual with interpersonal challenges communicate better and reconnect. I also help couples and individuals process developmental trauma(s) that negatively effect their ability to maintain healthy relationships with themselves and others.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, we'll start with introductions. I will share a little about my background and how I came to do what I am doing. I will also ask questions to get an in-depth oral history of the couple or individual. I will also provide an explanation of the therapeutic process and the trajectory of therapy. The oral history will help to inform a personal treatment plan that we will create in the second session.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I greatest strength is creating an environment that helps the client to feel calm. As a result, clients leave feeling better than they entered. Also, my social justice, womanist, and healing-centered approach to therapy helps clients to feels validated and seen.
