Hi, I'm Shari ... Are you ready to meet your best and most powerful self? Much of our experience in life is fluid and unpredictable. As an Ocean fanatic, I have found that we never know when the next "high or low tide" will ebb and flow. I empower high-functioning individuals to learn to navigate from the "flow", to "ride the waves", or how to "go with the flow". There is time for watching, treading, sailing, surfing, and anchoring. Where ever you are in the "flow" of life, we can use the tide mark to understand the "flow of opportunity", to create, fine-tune, or protect what you have grown. Together we can create what you need to better your performance. If you are interested in making a greater impact, healing, or planning for personal growth, Today is the Day --A rising tide of opportunity awaits you! I am a LMHC with a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership in Health Care Education and it would be an honor to "ride the next wave" with you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I am interested in your story and experience so we can develop a more specific set of tools that will help you achieve your goals. We will go over exactly what you need & want in our collaboration. I respect your desire towards personal growth and consider it a privilege to continue to "light your path" on your journey forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Solution Focused, Solution Collaboration, Healthy Coping Strategies for those who want to broaden or extend their high performance or obtain better performance in a particular area of life. Spiritual, Intuitive, & High Frequency ~

My treatment methods

EMDR

EMDR greatly reduces the sensations, triggers, and feelings around events that might be challenging or difficult to process. Irrational thinking is minimized or deleted when this technique is used well. It's like untangling a part of our thought process and creating new networks so that thinking is not so exhausting. It is a non-invasive modality, easy to set up, and easy to get results.
