Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) located in Pennsylvania. I obtained my Master's degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, and have been practicing for eight years. My areas of expertise include treating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I am enthusiastic about helping my clients feel at ease, grounded, and empowered to navigate life's challenges and create the life they desire.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
During the first session, I'll briefly introduce myself so that you can feel comfortable talking with me. I will also ask you many questions to get to know you as a whole person and to learn about your concerns. Together, we will build a positive therapeutic rapport by tuning into each other. My foremost goal is to help you feel heard, validated, and emotionally regulated throughout your unique healing process.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I bring a high level of sensitivity, intuition, and a deep sense of compassion to co-create a safe space for you to navigate your healing. Through my foundation of unconditional positive regard, I offer understanding and non-judgment so you can release any sense of shame and guilt, which are common root causes of psychosomatic symptoms.
