Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and/or stress, I want to empower you to reshape your thoughts, behaviors and emotions in order to overcome challenges and achieve your goals. I'll provide a safe space for you to explore what it is that is holding you back, discover new perspectives, and develop a sense of self-compassion. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness techniques are the cornerstones of my practice, and I will tailor my interventions to meet your unique needs. I know that seeking therapy can feel scary, but know that you are making the right decision.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
At out first session together, I will introduce myself, share my background, and explain my therapeutic approach. Then, we will focus on your reasons for seeking therapy, your main concerns, and any specific issues you want to address. Together, we will then create some goals that you would like to work towards in sessions.
