I work with clients who have developed unhealthy coping skills in response to deeper issues. I encourage clients to look deeper at themselves and identify habits and beliefs that conflict with their inner peace. I provide counseling to address core issues, whether you want to understand your behavior better, increase self-esteem and self-confidence, or change destructive thought patterns. I utilize client-centered interventions to develop a therapeutic alliance that meets clients where they are and works with them to create a client-invested treatment plan.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session we will discuss the reasons you are considering therapy, prior history, what you are looking for in a therapist, self-awareness; what has worked in the past, and what isn't working now. We will discuss my experience working with clients that have faced similar challenges and what your best hopes are from allowing me to join you on your journey.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
My greatest strength is my belief in people; I strongly believe in the transformative power of personal growth and identifying thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that negatively impact inner peace. I don't just want people to feel better, I want them to thrive and become the best version of themselves.
