Life can be difficult, and sometimes we can get overwhelmed or lose our way. As a therapist, I can be a healthy support system to help you achieve emotion regulation by learning ways to control your emotional state and needs in various situations. I provide comfort in processing unresolved grief through psychoeducation about the 6 stages of grief (Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, Acceptance, Meaning). I lend support to you through your past and current traumatic events. I also focus on family and couple conflicts by addressing specific issues and improving communication and conflict resolution. If you find yourself relating to any of these this can be the time to seek additional support. I can help children ages 4 and up individual adults, couples, and families. I offer a safe space of support, empathy, and encouragement as we work together through your healing journey to become your best possible self.

In the first session with me, clients can expect a warm and welcoming environment where they can feel safe to express themselves openly and honestly. We will begin building a collaborative relationship and lay the groundwork for our work together. My goal is to create a supportive and empowering space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life.

I have a deep sense of empathy and compassion for others, which allows me to connect with clients on a genuine level and create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. I strive to understand my clients' experiences, validate their feelings, and provide empathy without judgment. My goal is to support clients in navigating life's challenges, fostering personal growth, and ultimately achieving greater well-being and fulfillment.
