I am a LCSW for over 15 years working in various settings, providing therapy for various populations. I have worked with teenagers/young adults addressing the challenging and struggles associated with managing interpersonal relationships and finding our voice. I have worked with young adults transitioning to young adulthood and finding our voice and independence. I have experience working with adults managing family issues, career and relationships. Symptoms of depression and anxiety can be debilitating, I feel confident in supporting you on this journey of healing where we can work together to not only identify coping techniques but learning our triggers and behavior modifications techniques to help us manage the feelings and experience. my mission is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and develop the tools they need to thrive. I understand that everyone is unique, with their own set of challenges and goals. That's why I take the time to get to know you, and to understand your unique needs and experiences and together identify what healing looks like for you. I am merely a coach and your cheerleader. I am lucky to love what I do and am humbled that I get to be chosen to walk this journey of self- discovery and healing with you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, develop effective coping strategies to manage daily stressors and cultivate a sense of balance and resilience in the face of adversity. I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we'll explore the complexities of identity, relationships, and self-discovery, and develop strategies to build confidence, resilience, and a positive self-image.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Compassion is a wonderful and beautiful emotion which directs our actions. In my sessions, I bring compassion, empathy and understanding.
