Hi! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Rosemont College and have been practicing for 7 years. As a therapist, I find it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they heal and grow. I believe the cornerstone of therapy is curiosity – I’m not the expert on you, but I’m willing to learn so that I can hopefully help. I believe in the power of connection, compassion, and resilience. I utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions, but my approach is always tailored to your individual needs.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Stepping into your first session with me is like entering a quiet haven, a space where your burdens are met with understanding and your story with undivided attention. In the initial sessions, I take the time to review your history, build rapport, and learn more about you. We will chat about what brought you here and what you hope to weave into your future. My office is your sanctuary, a place to shed the masks we wear for the world and simply be.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I have been told that I am an authentic, genuine, and light hearted therapist that can also be with you in the hard stuff. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to approach our work together with warmth and curiosity. I am committed to providing a supportive, nonjudgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. As a therapist, I am well-versed in creating a supportive environment for talk therapy while also providing skills and structure during sessions. I strive to balance empathetic listening with practical tools, helping clients navigate their challenges and work toward meaningful change. My approach ensures that each session is both a safe space for expression and a structured path toward personal growth.
