Being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist . I have been blessed to work with individuals, children and families for over the past 13 years. I have had the advantage of working in a field that brings me fulfillment as I get the opportunity to help others work through life's challenges. It is a true honor for someone to allow me into their life. I am so thankful I can work with them to navigate their healing journey.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then identify the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me to better understand your unique challenges and help us to identify your treatment goals and a plan going forward.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
Working in the public and private mental health field for over a decade has provided me the opportunity to build my experience in a variety of ways. I have worked with individuals who are struggling due to juvenile justice issues/high-risk youth, Foster youth/families and couples struggling with marital issues and divorce. Individuals who struggle with communication barriers, anger issues, anxiety, major depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism, familial conflict, childhood trauma and parenting issues/conflict, career challenges, struggling with coping with chronic illness and more.
