My name is Pamela and I have been a Social Worker for 30 plus years. I hold independent Social Work licenses in the states of Massachusetts, Florida and South Carolina and have worked primarily with teens, adults and seniors. My priority is providing a safe, warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment for us to work on building the therapeutic relationship. Through this alliance, we identify and address unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviors, which in turn leads to greater self-understanding, connectedness and allows barriers to be broken down and goals met.

I am an LICSW and I work with adults who are seeking an improved quality of life. I am judgment free and very open-minded, and I believe strongly in human capacity for change. My main goal is your progress, and I may challenge you a bit along the way but I will always treat you with warmth and compassion and I will always be honest and transparent with you. My approach is geared toward an individual's personal motivation, whether they are beginning to contemplate change, they are open to learning new coping strategies, or they are ready to understand and shift patterns of behavior that are no longer serving them in a positive way.
