I am a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida specializing in providing counseling services to teens and adults. I received my Masters from Albizu University and have been practicing for 3 years. I offer my clients unconditional support without judgment and a safe place to work through challenges. I help individuals to listen to the signs that they receive from their inner world, understanding that their feelings and experiences are there to teach them and not harm them.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor of the process. In the first session, we would get to know each other. I believe it is important for trust to be established and for the you to have the space to decide whether we should work together or not. I would also dive into the challenges you’re facing at the moment so that we can prioritize your needs and address your concerns.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a provider is my empathy and ability to connect with individuals from different walks of life. I’m also knowledgeable and flexible, so I’m able to adapt my approach to meet your individual needs and preferences.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Our minds can be our best allies, or our worst enemies. By changing the quality of your thoughts and becoming the master of your mind, you can achieve the life you want! I will help you become friends with your mind, so that you can live in peace, abundance, and harmony within yourself.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I will create a supportive and understanding environment for you to explore your feelings and thoughts, not matter what they might look like. Let me help you develop a stronger sense of self and become more aware of your feelings and experiences.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I will help you accept yourself for who you are, as well as assist you with who you want to become. Accepting ourselves is the first step to change those behaviors and patterns we dislike. Let’s find some compassion and acceptance for who we are, so that others can also accept us for who we are.
