Hi there, I'm Lauren. Have you tried therapy in the past and felt like something was missing? Often it can feel like something is missing because therapists are only looking at the mental aspect of someone. My approach to therapy is very different because I use a whole-person approach that looks at the individual physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I integrate things like Ayurveda, mindfulness, meditation, and yoga into treatment along with traditional therapeutic modalities like DBT, CBT, and Positive Psychology.
