As a licensed marriage and family therapist with over five years of experience, I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, fears and loneliness related to what's going on in the current state of the world. This could include how you are adjusting to life post-pandemic, what's happening in today's job market, or the difficulty you are having falling asleep as you navigate the uncertainty of the times. COVID took a toll on all of us, and some of are still facing challenges with getting life back on track. Having worked in tech for close to six years, I also understand firsthand the challenges of tension in the workplace, ever-changing deadlines and job instability. I also specialize in helping clients get better sleep because we all feel better and like the day is easier to manage when we get some rest.

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and learning if we are a good fit to work together. We'll explore your current challenges and discuss your goals for therapy. This initial conversation will help us create a personalized plan to address your needs.
