I am Tammy, a professional clinical counselor-supervisor licensed in Ohio with over 20 years of experience working in helping professions. I started working remotely about three ago and it has been a true pleasure to be able to inspire others and create a safe place for those on a positive journey to inspire a new outlook about themselves. I value helping clients learn skills that they can implement in all facets of life for improved functioning.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I work with clients who may be struggling with presenting issues; however, often find the root cause is much deeper. During our initial sessions, we will examine the most pertinent issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am compassionate, dedicated, and very transparent in my style. I feel my greatest strength is being compassionate and objective.
