In a society that encourages us to disconnect from oursevles, it can be difficult to tap into who we are and what we need to be truly happy in life. My biggest joy in being a healer/wellness worker is teaching people how to access that. During our time together, we will work on your personalized goals, but we will also… -Share laughs and spend time building rapport -Address stressors in your daily life such as work/school, intimate relationships, friendships, family, etc. -Explore your identity and belief systems -Practice self-validation and empowerment through taking ownership of experiences, feelings, and needs -Unpack individual, inter-generational, societal, and cultural traumas, and explore how those experiences impact you, consciously and unconsciously -Practice slowing down and being present so that you can witness yourself in any given moment (how you feel, what your needs are, what you think of your thoughts, etc). -Explore if there is an underlying neurodivergence that explains how you observe and interact with the world -Learn to challenge societal norms and traditional constructs that may be out of alignment with the authentic you (including norms/concepts that exist in traditional, Western therapy) -Practice accepting areas of yourself and your life that you cannot change while learning how to implement healthy control over things you can change -Assess how systems of oppression impact/have impacted you and how those systems may relate to your individual needs and stressors -Practice self-observation and self-curiosity -Work towards living a more conscious life by developing insight and self-awareness
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Sessions are an intuitive process that focus on connection, exploring your needs, and taking a deeper look at your strengths and areas of improvement. Some of the questions we may explore in our sessions are... -Do you feel you are living in alignment with your innermost needs and values? -Do you know how to identify and honor feelings as life brings them to you? -Are you engaging in daily wellness practices that allow you to ground and regulate? -Are you connected to community? And do those relationships provide you with true safety and support? -Do you show yourself the same amount of love and compassion as you show to others? ...
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
My greatest strength as a provider is my ability to connect with clients in ways that are both safe and personal, while also providing space for clients to practice existing, expressing, and exploring themselves in their wholeness.
