What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
The first session is basically a meet and greet type thing. Where she provides a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space to focus on what matters most to you. Clients can expect to be seen and heard. Together we determine if we're a good fit to begin our work together. We will answer any questions you may have and discuss what you're seeking from therapy. Confidential laws may be shared and informed consent forms may be obtained or discussed during the first session.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
Clinical wisdom is my greatest strength which simply means the ability to instill hope in what otherwise seems as a hopeless situation; the ability to simplify complex situations and provide practical steps for desired attainments; the ability to deep dive into unconscious phenonmenon and heighten self awareness; and the ability to get to the root of the matter.
