I truly believe YOU are the greatest project you will ever work on. I am so glad you’re here. I work with individuals ages 11 through adults in individual, family, and group settings. Most of my experience is working with clients who have struggled with anxiety, depression, family conflict, trauma, self esteem, and executive functioning. I graduated from University of West Florida with my Masters in Social Work in 2014. I genuinely want to connect, support, and help people see life differently.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our sessions will address everything from vague life dissatisfaction (the blahs), to hard life transitions. We will explore your specific concerns like emotion regulation, self-esteem, perfectionism, and relationships. I offer my clients an empathetic and non-judgmental space to explore their feelings.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I prefer a collaborative approach to therapy. We'll work together to better understand the challenges you're facing, which may lead to developing alternative thought processes and new ways to work through the situation. I support my clients while they gain understanding of their emotions, and learn skills to regulate their emotions and improve their ability to communicate with others. Clients will gain the skills to respond, rather than react to situations and people. I use CBT, TF-CBT, supportive therapy, DBT Components, and Solution Focused therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
