Hi, I'm Quinn! If you're feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or alone... I see you. Most of us are these days. Seeking help is hard and incredibly brave. I've never lost appreciation for the vulnerability and trust it takes to reach out for help. Life can be so hard sometimes, but you don't have to go through it alone. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or just want to get back to feeling like yourself again, I can help. If trauma, loss, or illness have brought you here for support, I am highly experienced in those areas as well. For the past ten years, I have worked as an embedded consultant and individual therapist for military special operation forces. In this role, my focus has been on PTSD/combat stress, work-life balance, and stress reduction with a mostly male population. If you're looking for a no bs, candid, and down to earth therapist, it's me you're looking for.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is used to make a connection, get to know each other, talk about issues and set goals for therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I've worked with the military for most of my career and realized I had found my niche pretty quickly because I am able to be myself with my patients. It's not buttoned up. They come to me for real talk and practical feedback. They know there's not much that would shock me at this point, so they're not afraid to tell me what's really going on. I've worked with many patients through divorces, break-ups, combat and sexual trauma, depression, and anxiety and have seen remarkable growth and transformation in the process.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

The way we think affects the way we feel which then effects the way we act. By changing our thoughts we can change our feelings and behaviors. A disruption to this system at any point can result in positive change. We will look at self-talk, values, perceptions, and automatic thoughts.
