In your first therapy session , you can expect to have an open and honest conversation about your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, and any concerns or questions you may have. I want my clients to feel completely comfortable and always ask that you check in with yourself in terms of comfort level as I believe that your therapy is only as good as your comfort level.

My overall approach to counseling is holistic and I am well-versed in approaches that include cognitive-behavioral, Acceptance therapy and attachment focus.
