About me

I am an enthusiastic and caring counselor and I feel honored to work with the clients in front of me. I care greatly about making sure my client's feel heard and providing them with the focus and attention they deserve. I work within an eclectic style of therapeutic modality and try to model my services around the specific needs of the client.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

When first working with clients, I like to allow them the space to share where they are expecting and hoping to achieve through therapy. I will ask client's where they are at on their journey, and work with them to develop a plan to take them to where they hope to be.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I find myself to be a truly caring and committed therapist. I feel blessed to work within a profession that allows me to share my gifts of listening to the concerns others are facing and to work along side them to better themselves and work towards a brighter future.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work very well with client's who are open to exploring their issues to a caring and concerned provider. I have helped people work through issues that have included depression, anxiety, life changes, family conflicts, emotional regulation, among many other issues. I like to hear my clients out and work with them to develop a plan to overcome challenges they are facing in a collaborative and straightforward process.
