New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15+ years of experience supporting individuals in their mental health journey. My work focuses primarily on helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, and life stressors. I often work with individuals experiencing burnout, major life transitions, relationship stress, work-related stress, and patterns of overthinking that can make daily life feel overwhelming. My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and begin making meaningful changes. I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs. Together, we will explore patterns, thoughts, and experiences that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, or low mood while also developing practical tools to help you cope more effectively. My approach is compassionate and grounded in evidence-based practices.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session will focus on understanding what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to change or improve in your life. From there, we will work together to create a plan that feels manageable and supportive. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable exploring the challenges you may be facing.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
What sets my work apart is the balance between depth and practicality. I help clients gain insight into long-standing patterns while also equipping them with tools to navigate everyday stress, relationships, and life transitions with greater ease and confidence.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I have worked with all ages. For the past 7 yrs my focus has been primarily on adults. I have extensive experience helping clients manage symptoms of anxiety and depression. I have worked well with young professionals, navigating through career goals and preventing burnout. I have provided therapy to many individuals with chronic physical health issues and phobias. I provide my clients with guidance not telling them what they have to do. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to assist clients in processing thoughts and emotions. I teach tools such as behavior activation, mindfulness, and adaptive thinking strategies.
