Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

My therapy style is interactive, practical, engaging, empathic, and direct. I believe the key to change in therapy results directly from (HOW) the atmosphere of a therapeutic relationship is initially developed. I believe in creating an atmosphere based on Honesty, Open-mindedness, and Willingness (HOW) with great emphasis on Mutual Respect. This is HOW the journey begins, on the road that leads to pathways of change.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I provide clinical counseling and therapeutic services using a range of different psychological approaches and modalities; including, Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused and Reality Therapy for individuals, couples, and families with an emphasis on strength-based coaching.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

The ideal therapy client brings a sense of hope, an openness to trust, and a willingness to explore their own patterns or difficulties. They are open‑minded, motivated for growth, and willing to engage honestly in the therapeutic process. They bring concerns about relationships, identity, faith, or life transitions and approach therapy with curiosity, responsibility, and readiness to practice new skills. They value collaboration, seek clarity in their emotional world, and aim to build healthier patterns across their life stages. They collaborate as partners by setting shared goals while actively applying new insights between sessions. This intentional mindset allows them to engage deeply, take risks, and work through challenging life stages with courage and honesty.
