I'm Rosalyn Diehl, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience helping women navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, self-worth concerns, and major life transitions. I provide virtual therapy in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can better understand recurring patterns, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and focused on helping you feel more secure in yourself and your relationships.
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a relaxed, comfortable way. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say—many people come in feeling unsure of where to start, and that's completely okay. I'll guide the conversation with thoughtful questions so we can begin to understand what's been weighing on you and what you'd like to change. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, your relationships, any patterns you've been noticing, and your goals for therapy. Together, we'll begin identifying the challenges affecting your emotional well-being, self-worth, or sense of connection and explore what may be contributing to them. By the end of the session, many clients feel a sense of relief, greater clarity, and a better understanding of where to begin. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path forward.
My greatest strengths as a therapist are my ability to quickly build a genuine connection and create a space where clients feel comfortable being open, even if vulnerability is something they typically struggle with. I’m highly attuned to patterns—particularly those related to relationships, self-worth, and emotional well-being—and I help clients understand what may be keeping them stuck. I combine a warm, nonjudgmental approach with practical strategies, helping clients gain insight into recurring patterns such as people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, overthinking, or unhealthy relationship dynamics. At the same time, I provide actionable tools that support meaningful change outside of sessions. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m easy to talk to, while also helping them gain clarity, build confidence, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
My ideal clients are individuals, couples, and families who are looking to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful change. Many are used to being the “strong one” for others but find themselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. They may be struggling with anxiety, communication difficulties, family conflict, life transitions, or recurring relationship patterns that leave them feeling frustrated or disconnected. They are often thoughtful and self-aware, yet find themselves overthinking, repeating unhealthy dynamics, or having difficulty expressing their needs. Whether working individually, as a couple, or as a family, they are open to gaining insight into what is contributing to these challenges and are motivated to develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and one another. Together, we focus on building stronger communication, deeper understanding, healthier boundaries, and practical skills that support lasting growth and connection.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals, couples, and families better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—and how certain patterns may be contributing to anxiety, conflict, communication difficulties, self-doubt, or relationship challenges. For individual clients, many of the adults I work with find themselves struggling with overthinking, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, relationship anxiety, or feeling responsible for other people's emotions. Some are recovering from emotionally abusive relationships, including narcissistic abuse, while others are navigating infidelity, divorce, family conflict, or major life transitions. Together, we identify these patterns, gain insight into where they come from, and begin creating healthier ways of relating that feel more secure and authentic. For couples and families, I help clients improve communication, resolve conflict more effectively, strengthen emotional connection, and better understand the dynamics that may be keeping them stuck. Whether you're navigating trust issues, parenting challenges, life transitions, or recurring disagreements, we work together to develop healthier patterns of interaction and build stronger, more supportive relationships. I balance insight with actionable tools, so you're not just talking about your experiences—you're learning strategies you can use in your daily life to build confidence, strengthen self-worth, communicate more effectively, and create healthier relationships. Therapy with me is supportive and nonjudgmental, while also focused on helping you create meaningful, lasting change and foster stronger connections with yourself and those around you.
