Since I started practicing in 2004, I have worked with adults and adolescents, individually and in groups. In my 22 years of experience, I have supported many people on their mental health journey to rediscover their strengths, renew their motivation and learn new skills to live life as they want. Seeking therapy can feel scary and the first step can be challenging, but you're making the right choice to take the first step. Whether you're dealing with feeling overwhelmed, experiencing new transitions, or are a survivor of cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. I have worked with trauma survivors, supported parents through parenting challenges, and helped many find new ways to manage stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship struggles. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. In both formats, I utilize a variety of coping and relaxation techniques; including, progressive muscle relaxation, EFT and cognitive restructuring.

I accept insurance plans as well as private pay clients. I am licensed in NJ.
