My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve utilized CBT approach within the last 7 years of practice. The benefits from this approach is how it help individuals that struggles with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It helps to improve coping skills, heightened self awareness, and promotes problem solving skills set.

Positive Psychology

With 7 years experience of this approach, this approach helps individual to reduce stress, depression, distress, and increase resilience by increasing an individual well being, creating a positive workplace area, and improving relationships.

Interpersonal

Utilizing this approach have shown to improve relationships, and one’s emotional well being by increasing positive communication skills, helping with eating disorders, and those that struggle with bipolar, anxiety depression or PTSD.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

This approach is to help people manage their emotions, cope with difficult situations, and improve their relationships for those that struggles with borderline personality disorders DBT helps reduce self-harm, anger, and drug and alcohol misuse. It can also improve depressive symptoms and reduce the number of days spent in inpatient hospitalization.
