About me

Hi, I’m a Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) with over 10 years of experience helping people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or simply unsure of where to begin. As a first-generation professional, I understand how family, culture, expectations, and life experiences can shape the way we see ourselves and navigate the world. I strive to create a space where all parts of your story are welcomed, respected, and understood. I earned my Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, career concerns, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are used to holding everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside. Therapy doesn’t have to be another place where you feel pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to provide a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and talk honestly without judgment or pressure. Together, we’ll explore what may be keeping you stuck, recognize patterns that are no longer serving you, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, clear, and in control of your life. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish because feeling understood in the language that feels most natural to you matters. Ofrezco terapia en inglés y español porque sentirte comprendido(a) en el idioma que te resulta más natural también importa.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and talk about what’s been going on and what brought you to therapy. We’ll explore what you’d like to be different and what feeling better or more supported might look like for you. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to know exactly what to say. You can come as you are, and we’ll start from there, one step at a time.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my strengths as a therapist is creating a space where people feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. You can talk openly about what you’re going through without fear of judgment or feeling like you have to have the “right” words. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing, identify what may be keeping you stuck, and work toward meaningful changes that feel right for you.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with clients who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained and are ready for things to feel different, even if they’re not exactly sure where to start. Many of my clients come in dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Some feel like they’ve been “holding it together” for a long time and need a space to finally slow down and process what’s really going on. If you’re open to exploring your thoughts and experiences and are looking for support, guidance, and practical tools to move forward, we’ll work together to help you get there.
