New to Grow
Hello, I’m glad you’re here. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that understands that therapy is a holistic approach that takes the whole individual and their environment into consideration. I know firsthand how exhausting it can be when anxiety, depression, or PTSD weigh down your daily life. My focus is on helping teens and adults not just cope, but truly heal. To do this, my approach is heavily grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and existential approaches. Throughout our sessions, we will build the practical everyday skills you need to reclaim your energy and create a life to be truly excited about.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
I believe momentum is key. Our first session will help you explore and better understand your current difficulties while leaving you with skills that can start to make an impact in your life right away.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Clients have commended me on my approachability, positivity, acceptance, and persistence. I am always researching and modifying approaches to make sure they are as effective as they can be for you.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
Feeling weighed down by daily struggles, persistent life stressors, or the exhausting cycle of simply trying to get through the day? You aren't alone, and you don't have to navigate this by yourself. I am deeply passionate about working with teens and adults as they manage the very real impacts of anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Because I truly understand the complexities and the weight of facing mental health challenges firsthand, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine human empathy into our sessions. My goal isn't just to listen—it's to work alongside you to build practical, everyday skills, help you regain your footing, and create a sustainable path to a more fulfilling life.

I utilize CBT to help clients identify and challenge the negative automatic thoughts and distortions that contribute to everyday emotional stress. Through collaboratively examining and challenging the unhelpful stories we tell ourselves, we can move past the unhelpful patterns we face in our daily lives.
