Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I obtained both my Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Work at Florida International University. I have over five years of experience helping teens, adults, and families in need of mental health services and/or medical/case management counseling.
I help clients build insight and practical tools so they feel empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.
As a wife, mother, and therapist, I understand the importance of balancing personal responsibilities, relationships, self-care, and life’s many transitions. These roles have strengthened my appreciation for the unique challenges individuals and families face and the importance of creating space for personal growth, healing, and emotional well-being. I am the owner of Forevermore Counseling Services, LLC, licensed in AL, FL, IL, SC, and VA with the pursuit of more states, and utilizes empirical based interventions geared to your needs.

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate way(s) to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better.
