Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and hold a MS degree. I have been in the field for about 18 years. I am trained and have an advanced certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (used for trauma therapy), mindfulness and Applied Behavior Analysis.

First session
During our first session, we will do an intake to help me better understand you and your struggles. I will also provide my background and answer any questions you may have. At the end of the session, we can assess if it seems to be a good fit for you!

I will work with you to understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings and behaviors in a safe environment, while changing unhealthy patterns.
