I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps you to navigate anxiety, ADHD, stress, and relationship patterns that feel hard to break. I use CBT and hypnotherapy to create real, lasting change by working on both thought patterns and deeper subconscious blocks. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and focused on helping you feel understood, supported, and more in control of your life.
In our first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming space where we explore their main concerns and goals. We’ll talk about what brought them to therapy, begin identifying patterns, and create a plan together. I’ll answer questions and explain how I work, so clients feel comfortable moving forward.
