New to Grow
Welcome! My name is Noelia Sanchez Hernandez, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 18 years of professional experience and 6 years of clinical experience. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate life's challenges and discover your most authentic self. Life is filled with both highs and lows, and together we can build the skills, insight, and confidence needed to create meaningful and lasting change. I believe healing is a journey, and I would be honored to support you every step of the way.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing what has brought you to therapy, the challenges you've been facing, and what you hope will be different in your life moving forward. During our first meeting, I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and goals so we can work together to develop a personalized approach to your care. Taking the first step toward healing can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward greater balance, self-understanding, healing, and overall well-being.
My approach to therapy is holistic, recognizing the connection between your emotional, physical, social, and mental well-being. I draw from evidence-based practices and tailor treatment to meet your unique needs, helping you develop healthy coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and achieve your personal goals.
I work with individuals who feel stuck in patterns of self-criticism, self-doubt, and feeling overwhelmed with past experiences. I also support clients who are navigating questions of identity, relationships, and life purpose. If you have been feeling emotionally weighed down, struggling to practice self-compassion, or feeling disconnected from your authentic self, you don't have to face these challenges alone. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. Together, we will explore the experiences that have shaped you, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward healing, resilience, and lasting personal growth so you can reconnect with your authentic self and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps my clients recognize the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns, develop healthier perspectives, and build practical coping strategies that support lasting emotional well-being.
I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based approach that helps my clients develop practical skills to manage intense emotions, cope with stress, improve relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change. DBT balances acceptance and change by helping clients acknowledge their experiences while learning healthier ways to respond to life's challenges.
I utilize Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), a strengths-based, goal-oriented approach that helps my clients identify practical solutions rather than remaining focused on problems. Together, we will explore your existing strengths, resilience, and past successes to build confidence and create meaningful, lasting change.
I incorporate Mindfulness-Based therapy to help my clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and resilience. Mindfulness teaches my clients to become more present and aware of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations without judgment. Rather than becoming overwhelmed by difficult experiences, my clients learn practical skills to respond with greater intention and self-compassion.
