Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Tennessee. I received my Masters from Simmons University from Boston, MA and have been practicing for over 8 years. I help adults struggling with anxiety and depression. I am also trauma informed and have experience working with those that have experienced trauma past and current. I am passionate about my work and helping others along their healing journey.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, gather other penitent information, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. With deep empathy and an unbiased approach, I help individuals build resilience, challenge limiting beliefs, and regain emotional stability.

My goal is to help clients regain emotional balance, build resilience, and rediscover a sense of self-worth in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Healing is possible, and I am honored to be a guiding partner on that journey. Through CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, I guide clients in developing practical coping strategies for lasting growth and well-being.
