New to Grow
I am an LCSW who works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety and depression, related to the world around us! Life can be hard sometimes, but we do not have to do it alone. My approach is warm, person-centered, and collaborative, integrating evidence-based practices such as CBT and ACT alongside inner child healing techniques to help clients reconnect with themselves, strengthen communication, and foster more secure and connected relationships. Together, we focus on creating lasting emotional healing, resilience, and meaningful personal growth.
I offer a steady, supportive space where you can learn to communicate more effectively, regulate emotions, and create stability for each client. My goal is to help you feel calmer, safer, and more connected, even when the situation around you is challenging.
I listen and dig deep with you to figure out the roots of your feelings, and work with your inner child feelings to work with your behavior and thought process to make lasting changes for your future.
Using a person-centered approach, I meet clients where they are and collaborate on goals that fit their needs and values. My focus is on creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, build on their strengths, and develop skills for lasting growth. My goal is to help you meet your goals, in a way that is as comforting as watching the tides roll by.

Person-centered (Rogerian)
I provide an evidenced-based eclectic model of therapy, that puts you in the drivers seat. I create a calm, supportive space for individuals navigating anxiety and depression. My approach helps you build emotional balance, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with a sense of peace and confidence. Together, we’ll work toward lasting relief and a more grounded, fulfilling life. This background supports individual therapy as many people present to therapy with relational issues. I am so glad you are here! In our first session together, here's what you can expect You can trust that we will start slow, build a relationship and answer questions that you may have. You will walk away with some direction and insight. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions I am authentic, direct, non bias and give clear direction. The clients I'm best positioned to serve I work with trauma, mood disorders, family issues (divorce, parenting issues, and parent child relationships). I help children/ teens navigate issues, helping their parents understand and support them.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. Through a supportive and person-centered approach, I help clients identify unhelpful thinking patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and build practical strategies to manage anxiety, depression, stress, and life challenges. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, self-aware, and more confident in creating lasting positive change.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop greater psychological flexibility and learn how to navigate difficult thoughts and emotions with self-compassion and mindfulness. Through this approach, clients learn to stop struggling against painful experiences and instead focus on living in alignment with their values and goals. ACT helps clients build emotional resilience, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful change while developing healthier ways to respond to stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
