Hello, my name is Jo Boraas and I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years and the past 6 years as a licensed therapist. My practice is person centered and have worked with children and adults. I have helped clients with trauma, process grief, depression and anxiety. I believe in helping the client help themselves and walking beside them through the process.
