Hola que tal! I’m Fanny and I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps people navigate anxiety, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges so they can feel more confident and emotionally grounded. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in negative thinking patterns, or struggling with stress in relationships, work, or major life changes. I help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they can develop practical tools to manage stress, build healthier boundaries, and feel more in control of their lives. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and focused on creating a safe space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered.I provide therapy in English and Spanish.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Therapy is your safe space, at first it's a little different but it's nothing but a safe space to show up as you are. During our first session, you should be yourself, come undone, we'll work together always, you will never be alone. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can explore what you're going through and begin building the tools needed for lasting change. If you feel that we might be a good fit, I’d be honored to support you in this journey.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strength as a therapist is my ability to build a warm, safe, and trusting therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a compassionate space where you can feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood without judgment. I integrate evidence-based approaches with a trauma-informed and culturally responsive perspective to help clients better understand their experiences and develop practical tools for lasting change. My goal is not only to help you cope with challenges, but to help you understand the “why” behind what you’re feeling and the “how” of moving forward in healthier and more empowering ways. I believe that meaningful healing happens when clients feel supported, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work best with anyone feeling that they want to feel better. Anyone that is struggling but willing to show up for themselves as they are to work towards their best version. I work with anyone that is carrying a lot but functions to their max potential, feeling drained after high performing all day but wants to organize their thoughts, feelings and just feel better.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a practical, strengths‑based approach to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I work collaboratively with clients to identify unhelpful thinking patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and develop skills they can apply in everyday life. My CBT work is trauma‑informed and culturally responsive, and I integrate tools such as cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, mindfulness, and skill‑building to support lasting emotional regulation, confidence, and personal growth.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients manage anxiety, depression, and the impact of trauma by building practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness. Together, we work on identifying triggers, understanding the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and developing healthier coping strategies that reduce overwhelm and improve daily functioning. My approach is structured yet compassionate, empowering clients to feel more in control of their emotions while strengthening resilience, self-awareness, and confidence.
