Hello, I am a licensed therapist with a dedicated focus on supporting individuals through life transitions, self-esteem issues, complex trauma, relationship problems including domestic violence, anxiety, depression, and a range of other challenging life experiences. My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, empowerment, and a deep understanding of the complexities that come with these life-altering situations. Taking the first step to get therapy can be terrifying, but you are here for a reason and often times our body will react before our minds catch up. If this is you; you have found a safe space.
I view therapy as a collaborative process where clients are experts in their own lives, and my role is to offer non-judgmental guidance, support, and tools to facilitate your healing. I am deeply committed to being a compassionate ally in your journey, offering respect, patience, and unwavering support as we work together towards your goals.
What sets me apart is my commitment to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where healing can truly begin. I employ a trauma-informed approach that acknowledges the impact of past experiences while respecting the resilience and strength of each person. By integrating various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, I tailor each session to the unique needs and goals of my clients.
I am capable of serving individuals seeking support and desire for a change in their life. Many times our minds are ready to make changes before the heart and body. We will work together to align these thoughts and feelings and actions to help you become the best version of you.

Breuna listens with out judgement and asks questions to better understand the situation that I am discussing at the time. Breuna provides solutions that help me through out my week not just during the session. Thank you Breuna.

I love her approach, she doesn’t make me feel like I’m just aimlessly talking, I love that she asks questions about my feelings during my traumatic experiences. I feel heard throughout our sessions and I feel safe to express my emotions. I really enjoy our sessions because it feels like she’s getting to know me slowly rather than wanting me to lay it all out there at once and I appreciate the fact that we’re taking it one step at a time and not trying to solve all of my issues at once.

In the couple weeks I have started attending therapy again after a short break. Breuna has made it easy for me to start over and has been so open and understanding. I am extremely thankful for our sessions.
