In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session is an introduction to each other. I typically allow the client to speak if they feel comfortable. I will ask questions to get an idea of their views. I will get minimal background information to better understand who they are. First sessions typically line out semantics and discuss their expectations. First sessions are more for gathering information.

As a therapist, I cater my practice to my client. I am well versed with dealing with all cultures, age groups and an array of issues people struggle in life with such as mental health, addiction, family issues, crises, personality and mood disorders. Mental health should be prioritized like physical health. I am positioned to serve people as they are. Often times we do not get to work with a blank canvas, we have to work with what we have.
