Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I’m here to meet you exactly where you are. I specialize in working with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, and the complex emotions that come with everyday life. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe everyone deserves dignity and respect. I have several years of experience helping teens, adults, and families navigate a variety of challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and grief. My goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to take steps toward meaningful change.

My treatment methods

Trauma-Focused CBT

I use TF-CBT in a collaborative approach to help you recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact.

Motivational Interviewing

I utilize motivational interviewing in conjunction with other modalities to help you find internal motivation.

Strength-Based

Therapy often focused on the negatives or not-so-fun things. I believe it’s important to acknowledge and build on the strengths you already have.

Psychoeducation

I incorporate psychoeducation into most sessions when appropriate to help you understand the reasoning and evidence behind what we do during session.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

Cognitive Processing Therapy is one of the modalities I use to treat PTSD.
