I’m an experienced clinical social worker, honored to serve my clients. I believe EVERYONE has inherent worth and dignity. I beleive in pluralism, democracy, and wholesome, authentic connection among many things that give meaning and context to life. I keep love at the center of my work. We will laugh, cry, learn and grow during our time together. I provide some structure during or after our sessions to facilitate deeper exploration of what is bothering you.

Our first session starts by reviewing your intake forms and starting with what problem is bothering you most. You’ll typically take away at least 1 tool or resource to bring you some ease during and after our very first session.

I’m a compassionate human being who appreciates being there for you at what is usually a downright terrible time in your life. Don’t worry, we will find joy and laughter in our sessions too.
