I have over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief & loss, career & academic challenges, personal relationships, parenting issues, ADHD, ODD, and self-esteem.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with dignity, respect, sensitivity and compassion. My approach to therapy combines psycho-education, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, mindfulness, reality-based, strength-based, and solution focused counseling. Your treatment plan will be individualized to meet your unique and specific needs.

I have a nack for working with children and adolescents who demonstrate emotional & behavioral challenges due to experiencing attention deficit hyperactive disorder and oppositional & defiant behaviors.
