I’m Cynthia Roberts, Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon. I have been serving clients ages 13-80 for the past 31 years. It has been my pleasure to work with clients as they become Aware and Mindful of unresolved issues. With kindness, compassion and understanding I seek to provide my clients with effective coping strategies, improving their mental health and wellness.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session I seek to understand you and your specific experiences and treatment needs. This understanding will guide us in treatment planning and the healing process. Also, I will briefly share my experiences and treatment modalities.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are kindness, compassion, understanding and years of experience working with a wide range of clients. I have successfully provided care to clients ages 13-80 experiencing a variety of symptoms using multiple treatment modalities. I believe each session should stand on its own. Therefore, equipping the client with skill sets to manage their specific needs is paramount.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I embrace clients seeking to address issues related to effective communication, balancing logic and emotions, tolerating distress, trauma and PTSD. My approach is one of sensitivity and compassion while processing life events and experiences as one moves forward toward a life worth living. I have worked with adolescents, adults, and seniors successfully throughout my 31 years of professional counseling experience.
