My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to your unique goals and needs. Therapy isn’t always about revisiting the past, sometimes people need brief solutions and want to focus on the “here and now”. We will explore your needs in our initial session and move forward with treatment tailored to your specific needs.

There is no one-way or right way to solving our challenges. I work with my clients to create a treatment plan that meets their specific needs. I have experience working in various settings and with diverse groups of people. I have been trained in Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

I will meet you where you are and I will work to build a relationship of healing, trust, and growth.
